招詞（詩篇 66篇1～12節、111篇10節に基づく）
司会：全地よ、神に向かって喜び叫べ！御名の栄光をほめ歌い、神の誉れに栄光を帰せよ！
会衆：私たちは神に向かって叫びます。「あなたのみわざは、なんと恐ろしいことでしょう！全地はあなたを伏し拝み、あなたの御名をほめ歌います！」
司会：さあ、神のみわざを見よ。そして、その神にあって喜ぼう。その目は国々を見張られる。
会衆：私たちの神をほめたたえよ。丘を越え、海を越えて、神の誉れをたたえる声をすべての人に響き渡らせよ。
司会：主を畏(おそ)れることは知恵の初め。これを行う人はすぐれた思慮(しりょ)を得る。主の賛美は永遠に続く。
開会祈祷（ルカの福音書 17章11～19節 & 列王記 第二 5章1～15節に基づく）
司会：救いの神様、あなたは知恵と喜びの源であり、あなたの愛とあわれみは一度きりのものでも、一つの民族に限定されるものでもありません。あなたは、私たち人間が作り出す境界線や障壁(しょうへき)を越えて、すべての人に癒しと救いをもたらし続けてくださっています。
会衆：このようなあなたの限りない愛に対して感謝と賛美を捧げることは、私たちの権利であり、務めであり、喜びなのです。ツァラアトに冒されたサマリア人がイエスの足元にひれ伏して感謝したように、私たちもあなたの前にひれ伏して礼拝し、私たちを癒し救ってくださったことを感謝します！
司会：あなたの聖霊の力によって、福音の働き手である私たちは、恥じることなく、また恐れることなく、私たちに知らされた真理を分かち合うために召され、遣わされているのです。あなたのみことばを受け取るために私たちを自由にし、私たちがそのみことばを分かち合うとき、それを受け取る人々の目を、耳を、そして心をあなたが開かせてください。
会衆：私たちは、いつも感謝の心をもって生きることができていません。それどころか、権力、地位、富、人からの評価、家族、健康などといった、自分が持っていないものや自分が欲しいと思うものでばかりで心を満たしてしまっていることを告白します。私たちはそのことで、あなたを責め、また他の人を責めています。私たちはあなたのいつくしみと力を疑ってしまっており、感謝と賛美を惜(お)しみなく表すために、あなたや他の人に自分自身を捧げることができなくなってしまっています。そんな私たちをどうぞ赦し、癒し、回復させてください。そうすれば、あなたが私たちのことを愛し、救ってくださっていること、また私たちを高価で尊(たっと)い宝としてみなしてくださっていることを思い出し、正しい心であなたのもとへと立ち返ることができるでしょう。
司会：ナアマンが、預言者エリシャを通して語られた神のみことばよってヨルダン川で洗いきよめられ、その病気が癒されたように、バプテスマの水の中でキリストとともに死に、キリストとともによみがえったことで、私たちには新しいいのちが与えらえたのです。死も、いのちも、そのほかの何であっても、私たちの主キリスト・イエスにある神の愛から、私たちを引き離すものは何もありません。キリストにあって、私たちは赦され、感謝と賛美のうちに生きることができるよう自由にされたのです。

祝祷（エレミヤ書 29章1～7節に基づく）
司会：神が私たちのためにどんなことをしてくださったのかをいつも思い起こし、イエスと手を取り合って、また互いに助け合いながら、共にこの信仰の旅を歩んでいこうではありませんか。神がすべての人に雨を降らせ、作物(さくもつ)を与えてくださるように、あなたの敵である者たちを含めたすべての人の平安を求めなさい。
会衆：私たちは立ち上がり、喜びのうちに歩(ほ)を進め、賛美しながら歩み続けます。そうすれば、私たちの心、私たちの声、そして人生は、すべての被造物と一緒になって神を賛美し、他の人々に愛を示すことができるのです。
司会：さあ、イエスの弟子として、行きなさい。聖霊の力とともに送り出され、イエスを知ることによってもたらされる癒しの証人となりなさい。
会衆：愛し仕えるため、平和をもって行きます。アーメン。
Call To Worship (Based on Psalm 66:1-12 & Psalm 111:10)
Leader: Make a joyful noise to God, all the earth! Sing the glory of His name, and give to Him your glorious praise!
People: We say to God: How awesome are Your deeds! All of creation worships You, singing praise to Your name!
Leader: Come and see what God has done, and rejoice in Him who keeps watch over all the nations.
People: Bless our God, and let the sound of His praise be heard echoing throughout the hills and over the waves of the ocean to all people!
Leader: The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom; all who practice it have a good understanding. May our praise of God endure forever!
Opening Prayer (Based on Luke 17:11-19 & 2 Kings 5:1-15)
Leader: God of salvation, You are the source of wisdom and joy, and Your love and mercy are not limited to one time or one people. You continue to heal and to save beyond the artificial boundaries and barriers we set.
People: For such expansive love, is it our right, our duty, and our joy to offer You all thanks and praise. Like the Samaritan leper who prostrated himself at Jesus’ feet with thanksgiving, we bow down before You in worship and give thanks for healing and saving us!
Leader: By the power of Your Holy Spirit, as workers of the gospel we are called and sent to be unashamed and unafraid to share the truth made known to us. Set us free to receive Your Word and open the eyes, the ears, and the hearts of those with whom we will share it.
People: We confess that we fail to live out of constant gratitude and fill our hearts with resentment for what we do not have and what we want: power, position, wealth, recognition, family, health, and so much more. We blame You and we blame others. We doubt Your compassion and Your power, and find it hard to give ourselves to You and to others in generous expressions of thanksgiving and praise. Forgive us, heal us, and restore us so that we may return to You with a right spirit, remembering that You love and save us, give us worth and consider us Your treasure.
Leader: Just as Naaman was healed by washing in the Jordan River according to God’s word through the prophet Elisha, in the waters of baptism we have died with Christ and we have been raised to new life with Him. Nothing in life or death can separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord. In Christ we are forgiven, and set free to live in praise and thanksgiving!
People: We give thanks and pray in the name of Jesus, Amen.
Benediction (Based on Jeremiah 29:1-7)
Leader: Remember to see what God has done, and live your lives hand in hand with Jesus and with one another on this journey of faith. Seek the welfare of all people, including your enemies, just as God gives the rains and harvest to all people.
People: We get up and go on our way, stepping forth in joy and walking out in song, so that our hearts, voices, and lives join with all of creation in praise to God and showing love to others.
Leader: Go now as disciples of Jesus, sent with the power of the Holy Spirit, and witness the healing that comes through knowing Jesus.
People: We go in peace to love and serve. Amen.
